    Jimmie I got my 23 min in ( actually did 25) my friend came over this afternoon with her dvd again and we did it together it was fun! There were a few I skipped out on this time because they hurt but it was still good!

    Just wanted to let you know I made good on my promise!

          Here's an update on what I've been doing:

          10/13: no ball work
          10/14: 20 min of lower body, abs, and stretches
          10/15: 20 min of upper body, abs, and stretches
          10/16: 20 min of lower body, core work, abs, and stretches

          Nice work, Heidi! What's the name of the exercise video? I'd like to see if my local library or rental place has it. I'd love to learn some new exercises.

          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            25 min- push-ups, arm exercises with weights, jackknife, abs, stretching
            10-16-07

            20 min- squats, leg curls, bridges, bouncing, stretching

                  inner thigh squeeze
                  pull overs (this really helped my left arm when it seemed l had upper arm pains. right arm is bothering me now so i'll be doing these quite often)

                      grant! your gonna make goal with no problem! only 50 minutes to go! you can do that with your eyes closed but i wouldn't recommend it. don't want you rolling off the ball and banging you head.

                        10/17: 20 min of abs, stretching, core, and lower body
                        10/18: 20 min of abs, stretching, upper body, and some more lower body

                        This month has gone by so quickly!!! I can't believe Nov will be here soon!

                            Well maybe, but then again maybe not. It's going pretty darn slow now, as expected, so it's sort of up in the air. But thanks for noticing and keep your fingers crossed for me!

                              50 minutes? No thanks! 20 minutes seems to work out just about perfectly for me, I don't think I'd enjoy doing much more then that at one time

                                this should get me to 251/325 according to my hand written sheet.
