I don't understand something, you are saying by "the 5th run I am out of breath", I'm confused what do you mean by the 5th run?
Hrgillespie is right...I mean by the 5th rotation. Sorry for the confusion. Heck no, I'm not running five days in a row! LOL! Anyway, thanks for the support. I just thought that if I had to repeat a week it would be like week 7, not WEEK ONE for pete's sake! But, I'm gonna repeat it for now, because I don't want to quit. Thanks again!

Everybody is different in their abilities. If you have to repeat week 1, so be it. At least you are repeating it and not quitting!

I never would have expected it. I even walked for quite a while after the run despite the rain because I was feeling good. I haven't yet decided if I am going to contineu week one for one more week, or if I am going to move on to week two yet. Next week is going to be tough because I have meetings almost every night after work. I may have to get up early in the morning to get the runs in.
