            Okay Jimmie - since one of us is stalking the other and now I am seeing Jimmy Johnson in my dreams telling me to shape up - if I go buy a stability ball tomorrow can I still join or is it too late for this month?

              it's perfectly fine to join us! we'd be glad to have you!
              good thing is, one of the challenges will only be 5 days long.

              if you get a ball tomorrow, just come back in and give the goal minutes you like to go for this month.

                    Ok I'm back to the land of the living ........ I think. I did 10 this morning but nothing for the three days prior as I was sick ....... I will have to make some longer days to make up for what I missed!

                          Hi Jimmie: Okay got the ball - just need to pump it up...Does that count as exercise since its by hand (LOL) - since I have never used on of these before I am going to again commit low - 60 minutes and work my way up.

                              very good! 60 is fine to start with. even though you've never used a stability ball before, i think you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. expect to roll off as we all have done that a time or two. or three or four.

                              as for blowing it up counting towards minutes.... sure, if you sitting on it while it's being inflated, go ahead!
