The dvd really helps up the numbers but man it makes my morning routine really long ....... I wish I could do it everyday but there's just no way. I don't have enough time to.

Heidi, perhaps just doing part of the DVD in the morning will help out with time? You could even do part in the morning and the other half later in the day.
This morning I did 15 minutes of upper body, core, abs, and stretches.
