                Church was cancelled today because of the snow storm, so I'm getting extra exercises in this morning.

                20 minutes on the ball: upper body, core, abs, and stretches.

                          Heidi, perhaps just doing part of the DVD in the morning will help out with time? You could even do part in the morning and the other half later in the day.

                          This morning I did 15 minutes of upper body, core, abs, and stretches.
