          Crunches on the ball are tough! You *really* work them hard!

          15 minutes on the ball for me today: core, abs, stretches, and upper body.
          HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
          Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            Thanks - wish I had know that before I did them Did another 20 minutes (stretching, upper arms, and waist excercises this evening and also did 30 crunches - in 10 set increments -- I may actually end up with some adominal muscles after all

                          I am leaving for our cruise tomorrow, and so this will be the last time I signed in till I get back March 10th. I will continue to excercise on the cruise in the gym, and of course do alot of walking.
