Congrats Glenn and Jo for reaching goal!

Way to listen to your body, Jo, with baby steps for the lower body. I can only imagine what they did during your surgery. I so happy that you're healing though! *hugs*

Thanks! I really find the SB to be a great way to exercise. I think the added amount of exercise helped me punch through to a new low weight also. I will keep it up.
Looking forward to the rest of you reaching your goal.

                                A notebook works, too!
I did 15 minutes on SB tonight.

PS: Also I somehow creamed one of my toes - I think it was when I do the stability ball - bridge with hands on the floor like for push ups and toes of sneaks up on the ball. I can't think of any other way - toe is bruised, etc. Glad I had aleady clipped those Superman nails hat are growing now on Atkins lol. No big deal on the toe - first injury of any type since I've gotten into working out lately so it's really nothing.
