            i watched the biggest loser and....it was great this week. i will follow along with this post and use the next 90 days to get my a$$ in gear as well. i am technically challenged and it takes me a whole lotta effort to get a photo up and my measurements.....oh i dont know?!

            but i love this challenge idea.....and its gonna get my eating on track.

            who do you all think will win the biggest loser? can we get a poll going and completed before next weeks show......and then we can see who was right and who was not right, LOL...

                  Hopefully everyone is doing well! I'm doing great with the eating and workouts-- I've been tryin to stay off the scale until weigh days on Tuesdays. I'm not sure if I've lost any actual weight, but the inches are definitely coming off-- I can live with that

                    I am a little discouraged with the scale as of late, this is my first time having my cycle on atkins so I am little afraid of this extra weight I am toting around and wish I knew when it usually drops. I did make a post in the women's forum about it to hope to get a better idea. Regardless of the scale, I feel wonderful, and slimmer every day.

                    I wonder if I need to up my workout time? I currently ride my dual bike 20 minutes a day 6 times a week and do 75-100 crunches a day. The bike works out my arms really well too. 20 mins = 400 calories, so I thought that would be plenty for the time being. Thoughts?

                    So what happens if we aren't losing weight sometimes each week, would you want us to log inches lost if any? Hope everyone is doing well!

                      Sounds like you're doing well, New!!

                      Me... I slipped on the ice last evening on my way home from work
                      I didn't hurt myself, but I'm stiff and a little sore... particularly in my upper back and core area. Yep... I'm feeling sorry for myself! Right now I'm relying on my walking for exercise (I'll beef things up in the next week or so), but as you can imagine I'm walking a little slower today.

                      Hope everyone else is doing well!!

                          Ouch, I can totally relate to that. I fell flat on my stomach on the ice when I was heading out to ice fish some weeks' ago. It was like landing on steel. Felt like I was hit by a Mack truck for days and my left elbow is still very painful with pressure.

                          Yes, I can imagine you're moving a little slower... Hope you recover quickly.

                            Thank you so much! I felt pretty good about those pictures compared to my originals LOL.
                            If it's easier you all can just call me Ash or Ashley It looks like I am having my first out meal tonight, I recommended mexican since there are so many ways to make it low carb friendly. I bet its going to be super yummy too!

                              I believe that you need to upload your pictures to photobucket.com and then use the BBcode to put in the text of your message. I think. I had problems in uploading the ticker for my weight.
