    Ok my updated weights is as follows

    350/343.6/275 Total week 1 loss - 6.4lbs or 1.82%

    WEEK ONE GOAL MET!!!

        Not thrilled with the weight issue. But I do have something to hang onto and be proud of. I walked a mile on the treadmill this morning. That's something I couldn't do last summer.

          Shoot missed by 1 pound! But not complaining since the scale barely moves for me. Next week goal is 5 lbs (kicking up the exercise)

              Morning all! Well I can't much complain, I didn't make my 4lb goal in 5 days but I did make almost 3!
              From 199.8 to 197.0.! Not bad! Next weeks goal is 3lbs. I will try to kick up my workout time a little and see if that helps.

                    Okay I started on 1/6 at 218, today on 1/13 I am at 209. Which was also the beginning of my second time around club for me so I am in induction right now. My goal loss for next Tuesday (1/20) is to lose 5 lbs and be at 204.

                      I am hoping for 6 pounds next week, but I am setting my goal at 5. I am really going to bump up my workouts this week. Great job everyone!!

                        My week goal was to drop 4lbs... and I lost a solid 3lbs.
                        My new Challenge stats = 226/223/199
                        Next week's goal = 3lbs

                        Not sure how to calculate my percentage weight loss...

                          Goodmorning losers!

                          I am changing my start wt to 201.6 so I get credit for that .6lb lost too... ha! That was my wt on Thursday, so 5 days later I'm down to 197.1 a 4.5 loss. So even though I didn't make the 5lb goal, I'm still happy to be a loser! Goal for next week is 4 lbs. Keep up the good work everyone! Also I can't find the measuring tape and am tearing up the house looking for it... still need to measure.
