    Hi guys. Didnt get a chance to do my entry yesterday. I did the 2 mile Leslie Sansone Walking at Home workout dvd and about 10 minutes of Gilads Body Sculpting. Today I did the 2 mile walk and some upper body strength training with 6 pound weights.

    Hope you guys are up and sweating right now if you havent done so already...lol

      This challenge is such a great motivator for me! I was up this morning at 5:20. I rode my recumbent bike for 30 minutes.

        I am so thankful for this challenge! After only a short cardio workout before breakfast yesterday morning, I was still rockin' & rollin' at bedtime last night. Could hardly wait to get up this morning and do it again! I did 30 minutes of core work this morning.

          laughs, omg i am sitting here and i can't WAIT for tomorrow morning when i scheduled myself to do this. I know i will be bleary eyed and tired tomorrow morning at 5 am heading to the gym for 30 minutes minimum of HIIT, but that's why i wanted this challenge to feed off the success and motivation of you all.

          THANKS FOR BEING SO AWESOME. I hope in 2 months time, i am up to your 4 days a week doing this and then 5!!

                  I got to bed WAAAAAY later than I had hopes last night so when that alarm clock went off at 4:50am I was NOT a happy camper *BUT* I got up, changed, and rode my recumbent bike for 30 minutes. I feel really good Woo-Hoo!! I met my goal for the week
                  I know I'm a broken record but this is just the BESTESTEST challenge I have EVER joined!

                    Today was my day not to exercise first thing, but I got up to beautiful sunshine for the first time in about 10 days, so I power walked for 30 minutes before breakfast. Wednesday is my busy day until nearly bedtime, so it was going to be my "off" day.
