                  Pilates today, just a short one. Back was tight. Guess that means I need more rather than less, but will try for another session tonight.

                      I'm Strength training for the next 4 week cycle, micro-periodization. I did back, traps, biceps and forearms today. I busted the chain on the pull-up machine today, it was embarrassing. It sounded like thunder. I was doing the weight stack plus a 25 lb plate on the pin. I had to be held down by my training partner, I feel sorry for her. Needless to say, the school gym was not happy with me since I added the 25 lb Olympic plate on a long pin, which the machine was not designed for. At least I got a solid 7 reps before the damn thing broke.

                        Well that is a relief I thought I was doing OK and the Carole just did leap ahead
                        good work Taylor. I did a bit of Jillian today. Maybe another week or so of that an I need to mix things up again
