                    Pilates and Water Aerobics today.

                    Norman, my hat is off to you. I could never get beyond basic Thermodynamics so you have an amazing brain if your field involves atomic absorption and thermodynamics and the other topics mentioned. I stopped understanding somewhere in Organic 3 and Physical Chemistry. Spent the entire semester

                            Norman--LOL I humble thank my P-Chem professor for taking pity on me back in the day! I was a biological kind of gal.

                            Well, yesterday I lugged home 90 pounds of weight plates and thought for sure my back would be complaining today but I woke up fine and had my best workout yet! All my weights are up and my form and stamina are improving!

                            Deadlift 60 lb/Shoulder presses 15/pullover 40/lunges 15 lb db/ball crunches and the ever present push ups- decline, wide, and narrow sets

                            and water aerobics.
