    Okay after my abysmal performance last month I am back with a vengeance! I pledge 1000 for October! Started today!

                  OKAY! Now we are talking! For you newbies-- take it a little at a time. I do my first set (I am doing a program that gives you several sets a day) first thing in the a.m. to get them out of the way. LOL If only I could force myself to do the same with abs...sigh...

                              However you can do them is fine. I currently do bent knee but am working towards doing them straight. Of course my numbers will plummet when that day comes, but thats OK.
