  • November Strength Challenge - Lift and Stretch

    It is that time again.
    You just need to decide on your November minutes. Work all you body parts (upper, core, lower) and have some fun with it. Anything strength or flexibility related is relevant - yoga, lifting, toning, pilates.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

    OK Liv, I am in for 1800. I made it this month but my body is starting to rebel so this may be an ambitious goal. We will see...

        I am going to modify my goal--just realized that the weather is going to cool off enough that water aerobics is going to be too chilly soon-will have to switch to cardio instead. But I am still going to shoot for 1500.

            Hi everybody! How do I sign up for this challenge? jills got 0/1500..is that in minutes or repetitions? sorry, I really don't understand... I plan to workout 3/week including upper/lower (cardio not included) should I sign up in another thread for cardio?

                  It is total monthly minutes we are trying to count - So if you do 90 minutes a week you may to around around 300 in the month.

                          Hi,

                          I'd like to join My weights routine has changed - I'm doing a very tweaked BFL exercise programme. I'll be doing 45 mins weight twice a week, also abs, pushups, etc at kickboxing classes. Also LOTS of stretching, varies but will go for 15 mins per day.

                          So that's = 810 and classes are random so will call it 1000
