                    Long morning. This New Rules of Lifting for Women program is beating me up! (in a good way)

                    deadlifts from a step/Bulgarian split squats/reverse lunges from a step/Cuban something or others (LOL)/pullovers/cobra/swissball crunches/reverse crunches/ and some flexion work...and water aerobics (dessert in this otherwise tough to swallow meal)

                      lower body: 5 miles on the bike at 18 mph - little cardio: scissor kicks & jumping jacks: upper body: resistance training for upper body. 30 minutes all together

                        I went wild yesterday and did 2 yoga classes. Yes that is as wild as I get.
                        That last teacher is so interesting. She does about 5 poses and we hold them forever. It is actually quite hard.
                        Today I did some circle workout wit Jillian again. I had to mute her today
                        I did some dead lifts too. I have problem with them. I cannot get them to work for me. I feel nothing Lately I have really tried to tighten those leg muscels to see if it helps. You like deadlifts Jill?
