    Geesh I don't know what I was thinking this morning. I gave myself 15 minutes. If only the workouts went that fast! I actually worked out 70 mins so I will add the difference.

    Wow Norman, you must be really pushing through your workouts! Kudos to you!

        I have a tiny yoga injury - over stretched my achilles tendon but I think it will be good again for Tuesday. I did some lifting yesterday

          I'm back guys...Been really busy to even go near my laptop and log..but Iv'e noted down my workout..I don't know if its legal to log this way but here it is...

          11/14- 1 hr. a.m, 30 min p.m (90 min. total) walking while pushing baby in stroller
          11/15 - 20 min. sprinting and lower body workout 60 min.(Bottoms up! by joyce Vedral)
          11/16- still sore from the sprinting and the workout LOL
          11/18- 60 min. walk and light jogging
          11/19- upper body 40 min.(bottoms up! by Joyce Vedral)and walking after dinner 25 min.
          11/20- walking with baby 40 min. and jumping rope 60 min.
          11/21- whole day walking in a Mall.. If this counts LOL
          11/23- 30 min. jump rope and 70 min. whole body workout

          11/14- 11/23= 495 total minutes

                Well, I can see the writing on the wall. Having had that cold snap I have lost three or four hours a week of water aerobics and I am definitely going to fall short of goal because of it. But I am now walking instead of swimming so all is not lost. I did an hour + of pilates today.
