      So today I did level three for the first time. It is more intense because everything seems so cardio and then there are those jumping things (jumping squats and jumping lunges) I sweated but I enjoyed it at the same time

        So today I did the last two of the challenge. I did 1 and 2 again. I think now I will take a Jillian break. I may do her No More Trouble Zone video next for a few times. I am really glad I did this. I like shred - it is a great 20 minute workout for when you only have 20 minutes. And it is great for when I do not have motivation to get through my pushup, squats and lunges on my own. So I will definitely do it again. I thought the level three rocked. As a way to get a really good sweatty workout.

        Did I get shredded? I don't think so. I had already been doing quite a bit of work out before I started. If I started fresh I am sure that I would have seen the difference. Any difference to my body now is very small.

        I will turn to a bit spot training now for the next few weeks. I am going to work on core especially.

        Good luck to anyone left here. It is worth it guys

          You did wonderfully Liz!

          I did Level 2 for the first time last night and oh boy, what a workout for me.... I enjoyed it. I'm hoping to meet my goal by the end of this month.
