    Well, workout #5 - DONE DONE DONE!

    I am getting stronger already - that much is for sure. I matched that crazy lady rep for rep today with the exception of 2 sets - the bicep curls (I use 8lb dumbbells for those) and those very last 4 are slowwwwww, so I missed one rep on each side. And the only other one was the last pushup. I was wiped out.

    The places I consistantly get gassed in the workout: After the 2nd set of side crunches, when you're doing the last of the overhead stretches from side to side. I come out of the 2nd set of side crunches breathless every time. I really struggle through the last of the squat/side lifts too. Ugh.

    Anyone else think the break between the first set of pushups and the 2nd set of @sscrampers isn't long enough?!! I could lounge there in childs pose for, Ohhh I dunno....forever! LOL

    I'm finding that I'm working harder at contracting the muscles more already.
    -Being sure to keep my weight in my heels during the plies and squeezing hard at the top.
    -Being sure to really squeeze my biceps/triceps during all of the extensions - that sort of thing.

    I guess I figure if I'm going to do it, I might just as well work everything as hard as I can while I'm doing it. LOL

    Immediately after I finished Ramp It Up, I did Slim 'n Limber. It felt incredible!

    Sammy Jammy worked through the first part of RIU with me, then came and did the yoga and Slim 'n Limber with me. I love when she does that. She's so darn cute and she tries so hard! LOL

    So ahhh. #5 done.

              OK, I did start with Start It Up Today. I was going to wait for everybody, but, I couldn't handle another hour of the Firm or I would not be walking tomorrow for sure! So, 1 down 35 to go!

                      Rikki - I really don't know, I usually don't input my activities, I need to though so great questions.

                      For the rest of you guys are are totally nuts but I thank you. My face was read, my hair was in a twisty globby mess, and I practically had to force my lips away from my teeth to resemble a smile. Can't you see the spark of pain in my eyes, lol.

                        Barb- Glad to see you hopped on board and got started! Which version of Start It Up do you have? The short one or the long one?

                        Jenn- LOL You're too funny! You too, wannabe! I have faith your stuff will be there before ya know it! When you get it, don't fret - we'll still be here and still be in pain and waiting for you! I'm sure there will even be a few of us willing to do the extra week with you. Mayyyyybe. heh

                        Rikki- I do enter it into my Fitday and I pull my numbers off my heart moniter. I enter it in as a custom activity. For RIU, I enter in 48 minutes and then the number of calories my HR moniter says I burned. For me that seems to average around 400-450 calories per workout. Today, however, it logged me at 399 which must mean I'm already starting to acclimate to the workout. That or missing my workout yesterday juiced me up on energy reserves. I guess we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

                        Yoly- Seriously..LOL, ya look cute as a bug in that picture. I'd hate you if I didn't like you so much! LOL

                          Okay ladies...78 minutes of Debbie, done!

                          And I'm feeling pretty whipped...some of the last upper body made my shoulders just shake, I love it!

                          I don't know about you all, but one of the floor exercises just kills me...your on your side, propped up on your elbow, bottom leg bend and top doing various side kicks for at least 15 minutes...not really, but it feels that way. I do better (more reps) each time I do it, but owwwww, it burns! I've already conceded to the fact that my butt cheek will be sore again! Okay, off to the showers!

                            Shelly- Your workout that you're doing is completely and totally different than the ones we're doing. I'm going to go hit Beachbody and see if I can get a run down of the workout you're doing so I know what it is.

                            Did you by chance see the run-down of RIU that I posted? I think I put it in Kim's journal. If you haven't, I'll post it here cuz that'll be faster than you digging to see if I put it where I *think* I did! LOL

                              The Beachbody sells them separately, but mine came together...Shape It Up and Tone It Up.
