So there's a specific order to doing the workouts right?

Yes. Start with Start It Up, move on to Ramp It Up when you're comfortable, then - and only if you dare - move on to Burn It Up. Do the supplemental stuff whenever you wish.

Those those are the main workouts and the other 3 are for stretching and cool downs and things like that?

I cant wait for the DVD's to get here!!

You guys all sound like you are so much fun. I can tell it's going to be fun getting to know ya.

How much space will I be needing to do the SI6? Is there anything else required besides myself and some dumbbells? I want to be prepared...

                  Thanks!
And a mat, for me. Otherwise the dog hair from the carpet, no matter how much I vacuum, is stuck to me. And I use a floor fan as well as the ceiling fan over my head! LOL.

                    Hi you crazy ladies.

I started Si6 today but barely got going before getting interrupted by the doorbell and kidlets. I re-did a segment and when I got to the floor (push ups) my dogs tag-teamed me with kisses.

I'm not going to count today's workout because of the interruptions. Drat! I really wanted to get started on the challenge so I'm not so far behind you guys. Tomorrow is a new day and I am going to shoo the kids and critters into another room so I can deal with Debbie one on one.

I must say the "Squat ****" stories scare me. I hope I'm woman enough to take her on.

Well I was scared to take on RIU tonight, So I did start it up, slim & 6pack and slim & limber. I hope thats enough! After my first couple times doing si6, i wasnt sore much. But when i finished tonight, i got a drink and sat down and watched 'the biggest loser' and when i got back up again, I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA DIE!!!!!! my legs are shaking and all wobbly. This is ignorant to make someone go through this ROFLMAO!!! But her voice makes me wanna fall asleep! along with the porno music that is playing.

                        Hey wanna

SIU is a solid 50 minute workout. It's the launching point into the program. Generally they recommend doing SIU for a week before moving on to RIU. You're in pretty darn good shape judging by the workouts you do now. I'd suggest giving SIU 2-3 days so you get the hang of it and then move on to RIU.

RIU is 48 minutes. The first 20 minutes consist of plies, standing oblique work, lunges, more oblique work, squat series, and a hamstring set. You spend about 10 minutes working with resistance bands (or dumbbells) next. After that you do about 6-7 minutes of @sscramper exercises interupted by 2 lovely sets of pushups, then comes the ab set and it's wrapped up with about 6-7 minutes of stretching and yoga for a cool down.

BIU is 58 minutes long (if I remember right) and it's considerably more cardio intense than RIU, in my opinion. Longer sets, different positions, different exercises, etc.

Slim 'n Limber is a 14 minute stretch video.
Slim 'n 6pack is an 11 minute killer ab workout.

S'nL and S'n6pack are both supplemental workouts to be done (or not done as the case may be) in addition to SIU/RIU/BIU.

Does that answer your question? I imagine you'll have your set real soon In the meantime, would you like to see a breakdown of the workouts so you know what you're in for?
