    Ok I have a question. If you do BIU and 6 pack and slim in lumber does count as 3 towards the total of 36 or just 1? I'm so far behind everyone else I'm looking for ways to catch up.

        It only counts as one, Wanna. No cheating! There's a post early in this thread somewhere where Brook said SIU, RIU, BIU, and Slim Series count. Everything else is extra.

          I was just checking. So if I do RIU AND BIU tonight, that will count as 2 right? And then tomorrow I can do SIU, RIU and BIU and that will count as 3 right?

                wanna- I tried that trick at the beginning of this challenge... brook quickly caught me... LOL, I never actually counted it towards goal, but I sure did ask!!!!! I have a goal of 15 6pk exercises by the end of the challenge too...

                You will be so worn out after doing two!!!!! If you're up to it, go for it ! But don't burn yourself out on it


                OK, so Brooks pic inspired me to workout tonight and I did RIU and 6pk.....

                    You guys have room for one more Vidiot? I know it's late to start, but I want to do the exercises and have a place where I can scream when I can't move. I just need the motivation.

                    You guys are awesome...you are all going to look fabolous! I want to work my fanny off and do this. I am going to start tomorrow. A fresh new day, and do it right from the start.

                    Okay, I know you guys are some exercising DIVA'S so I'll stop rambling. Lemme know if it's okay that I join....

                        So I did the BIU a$$crampers without stopping at all. I found that if you work through the initial burn, it's not so bad...it actually gets easier....yeah I know...what am I on right? Anyway....woo hoo for me!

                          Stephanie, welcome! There's always room for one more videot!

                          I did BIU for the first time tonight, if you can call stumbling around "doing" it. I did okay until the lunges with the knee up, and then everything fell apart. I got so tired and messed up that I could barely recover enough to do regular lunges. I ended up skipping all the stationary lunge stuff and just marching instead. It was HARD!! I did make it through the floor work with nearly all the reps, though, so I feel like I redeemed myself some there. I'm not really looking forward to doing it again tomorrow!

                                I thought RIU had those lunges too no?
