So, I'm not participating in this challenge with y'all (you guys are far too hardcore for me! 4 days a week of Si6 is enough!), but I wanted to commiserate, as 4 weeks worth of Si6 now has me super duper ache-y, but my body changing shape in a way I never thought possible.
Now 'scuse me while I hobble to the shower!

, I decided to forego BIU. I wanted to do something, though, since my body actually feels better when I work out, so I did RIU without any bouncing (marched instead of jogged) and SIL. I feel good, and I'm glad I did it.
