    the only way to make the muscles let go of the fluid is to keep working so they learn it is their new load. Brook would post happily abut the gain cause she knew it was coming and all it meant but I always wondered if it really did bother her some seeing those pounds back on she would get 5 whole pounds which had taken her months to losem

    hey sallyseachange did you know they did a study and it showed men's faces age slower then women's in apperance cause of all the facial muscle "exercise" they get shaving every day? So exercise those muscles and get your free face lift.



    I did my BFL today cardio ball work and feel like eating a house! man I was so hungry at lunch I about puked from no food. never had that happen before but I've sen low blood sugar diabetics do it.

      2big, i sure wish i had a picture of you! you have got to look like wonderwoman with all the stuff you do!

      maybe the gain did freak brook out. i think it does most of us. i am trying really hard to not let it bother me. i still consider myself at goal though. i think my mindset is changing that goal should be size and fitness and not so much what the scale says. it's a process for me but i'm working on it.

      jack was sitting at the computer the other night and there are no other chairs in here now because of the packing. i was sitting on my ball and you all know, you just can't sit on the ball. within seconds of planting my butt on it, i started bouncing and goofing off. jack looked at me and said "hey, what if we got a bunch of those for people to sit on when we get to the new place?" lol
      oh, i got him to do 2 push ups on it too! smartypants went clear to his ankles. in all fairness, he only did 2 and said "that's enough of those!" lol

        25 ball squats
        50 crunches
        30 ball push ups (i had to split these up between the biking)
        bike: 3 miles, 17 minutes, 176 calories
        50 on each, leg lifts

        that's enough for one day............

          Wow 2big! That's a cool nugget of information! Yep... think I'll go with the exercises... not about to start shaving, that's for sure!

              i still would like to see a pic of you. if i promise not to share would you show me one? no kidding, with everything you do, you must have muscles on muscles! i know why you don't post a pic btw. i remember from a story way back when.

                got some stuff done. i got incentive that can be read in my journal.
                45 squats using the ball
                32 pushups
                biked for 25 minutes

                        i have to take it easy on my knees, they have been feeling not quite right the past couple of days. the squats got me. too many at one time.

                        30 ball squats
                        60 crunches
                        50 each arm with the 6.6 weights
                        4 sets of 8 ball push ups

                        and i washed the truck and mowed the front yard.

                          Jimmie... sounds like you're awesomely active these days! Fantastic! Careful of the knees though... knees are tricky things to get right again, once they let us down.

                          2big... I saw that pic of you in the anniversary thread. You look so good! A wonderful transformation!

                          Jimmie, I think (if I remember right) 2big means that there is a link in one of lynne's posts in the anniversary thread. That link takes you to two pics of 2big.

                          Changed my workout today and did a dance routine from a dvd I got my hands on. Lots of fun. Still got my abs exercises in for the March challenge though. Think I'll alternate days doing dance and normal workout. Dogs got their walk too. Foggy. Ugh!

                            i gain
                            this is frustrating as all get out

                            i have slept wrong and my back has an ache in it. i've been up for an hour or so and i'm on a heating pad right at the moment. i have to try to get this worked out and i think i'll be taking a nap in a little bit.

                            i gotta go do some searching in the anniversary thread.

                                You can see why I didn't think that was me and my fat goggles were welded on!

                                okay now shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the first time I posted those pics photobuckets site crashed from thewholeworldwantstosee2bigpics virus. used up my whole allocated bandwidth for that and the next month as folk shared them with others who weren't active members anymore by copying the pic URL and sending it.

                                did my HIIT today and some ball playing too. I tried lifting one leg and the opposite arm while in the push up position and almost rolled off LOL will not be doing those strength moves for a while.
