that's interesting.
i timed my flights one night during a commercial. i did 12 flights, steady paced, no running but continuous and only counting the upward and not the decent.
if i am calculating right, in 16 minutes i would be able to do 96 flights.
2 minutes = 12
4 minutes = 24
8 minutes = 48
16 minutes = 96
the numbers are not too far off, but, i could never go 16 minutes. i was thinking about this yesterday as i was climbing. i am, for all intentional purposes, on a steep incline since i am actually going up stairs. would you agree with that? does that make sense? do you think this would be harder? i know nothing really about stairmasters but i'll bet they are able to inclines and such. i just know that i would not be able to go 15 minutes at a time up these stairs.
this has really peaked my interest.
and btw, great job on you climb! is you buttocks hurting yet? lol
i can feel muscles aching that haven't ached in awhile!
