oh i should say today's exercise was great. i got in 45 minutes of biking while watching an x file episode and went ahead and did 10 pushups. tomorrow will be calsthenics day. doing good on my flights too.

Ok...first day I really feel I got going again. Did a good exercise workout. Pleased the hounds with a long tramp and updated my siggy with a few more flights. Conscience on the way to being clean again.

I found the next step up workout is hands and feet on movable anchors LOL they suggested using dumbbells for each hand. man take about balance mucles used during a pushup LOL
i haven't been in here for just a little bit. just wanted everyone to know i am being active. i do biking one day and everything else the next. i'm switching the flights around doing the on the days i don't bike but doubling up.
it's going really good! my arms hurt from adding the arm weights back in.
notso2big, i don't know if you have noticed all my posts. wouldn't expect you to. i did a "2big". i needed to get some reading in so i hopped on my bike and rode on my bike off day, reading while i peddled. that's called a "2ibg"!!!!

I was trying to get Losa to ziplock her textbook and swim while she read
I did my HIIT in g today and my ball pushups.
took mother swiming at the community pool which is spring fed and not hot spring fed talk about cold. however once she got going she was very happy with herself for doing her laps and stuff. Changing afterwards was a nightmare LOL can you say shy modest southern lady locker room ediquitte LOL. At least the gym has changing rooms for the shy folk.
Great Jimmie! Pedaling while you read. I've been doing the same in the mornings... while walking the dogs, I read DANDR for the summer read! Can't say it does much for the concentration though, and on the uneven country roads, it's quite a dangerous business! Makes me dizzy!!

Yes... I try to be careful and the dog are not on leashes as I walk secluded country lanes. I find that even though focusing on the page, I register the path moving behind the book (if that makes sense). Kinda gives me a slight seasick feel, but doable... at least where the paths are fairly smooth. On the steep hills I give it a miss!
Oh for a few more hours in each day!!

i couldn't HIIT and read cause I would slow down but I can read when just walking to keep from eating.
yep i had a leaking ziplock icecream baggie so i couldn't really push her to do that with an expensive text book. i can never even understand how folk read in the tub and don't ruin the books.
mostly in the winter time when a warm bath feels good. his books never get wet! i guess he is really careful. he reads himself to sleep. thank goodness he puts the book on the floor or the counter before he passes completely out. lol
