Ok, playing catch up. I took a rest day on Friday and Saturday but today I made up for it and did Ramp it Up, 6 pack, and slim & limber. I get a gold star for that right, or at the very least a dancing pickle. lol,

I hope everyone who is down with the sickness feels better soon.

I did The Biggest Loser workout for Sunday rotation... warm up, low intensity cardio, strength & sculpt, and cool down (like S&L).

Who was it that mentioned this before? Have you tried it yet? It's a pretty good workout. I had sweat rolling off me (ewww). I couldn't keep up with all the reps, but I'll get there!

Tigger--I didn't mention it before, but I have the new workouts by Jillian Michaels who is one of the trainers on the Biggest Loser and her workouts are called the Biggest Winner. My gosh I did one of her 30 mins. DVD's and nearly died!!! It was intense. It's no wonder the Biggest Loser folks have such good results with her as their trainer 24/7!!!!!!! I'll take Debbie Sieber and SI6 over her anyday

On Sunday I also spent a lot of time on the Treadmill. I know that doesn't count towards the Vidiots Challenge, but I wanted to record (for me) that I did this.

I'm off work today and feeling ambitious.

              Keep it Up, 6pack & S&L Done!

Keep it Up is going to be a new fave. It has a quick pace and is only 39 minutes but can make me sweat like a pig. I'm lovin' it.

Just for fun, I did Tamilee Webb's arm section from "I want that Body" which I really enjoy. It's not even 7:30 and now I have the whole day to myself. Wow! I really need to ditch my job so I can focus on exercising. It is much more fun.

BoxerMom, you made me think of a quote that I saw on another board:

"At this point, my job is just getting in the way of my fitness goals!"

                TOO TRUE.

Well, I'm going to go celebrate MLK day with FIU.

FIRM IT UP DONE FOR TODAY, 1/16/06!

In my opinion, that's the hardest routine in the Slim Series (although I haven't done Tear it Up yet). It was better this time than last time, but all that leg work just kills me. And it's no slacker of an ab routine either!

I bought some ankle weights yesterday, but it's going to be a loooonng time before I use them!

LOL Wish I could quit my job so I could focus on exercising, too! They can still send me a check. I won't mind!

With MLK, I worked out a bit early, too.

Biogeek: Burn it up, Abs, Stretch

DH doesn't like the Keep it up workout so much. I forgot what it was that he didn't like. So as a compromise, we did burn. Still a good workout!

Anna--I can't believe you bought the ankle weights!!! SCARY!!!! I can't imagine the kind of burn you'll get when you use them (when the time comes). OUCH!

YEAH! My Turbo Jam DVDs arrived!

I'm going to put my daughters down for a nap and check out Learn and Burn. I'm a little ticked, though. My free gift is Hip Hop Abs, which I already have. I'm trying to sell it on eBay, but there are a bunch of them listed right now. Oh well.

OK guys, I'm abit behind, was out of town on business, and was only able to do 3 workouts last week from the SI6 series. I started the TJ Cardio Party 1, and boy what a sweat! My co-ordination is real bad too, and here I thought that I had mastered SI6 with grace!!!! after 6 weeks of course. All I can say is that I'm happy I was in the room alone exercising. I'm sure I could've provided lotsa laughs for all. But at least I feel really refreshed now!!!!

So I tried out Learn and Burn and part of the 20-minute workout. Decided I'd done enough today with about 5 minutes left in the 20-minute workout, though. I'm pooped!
