I think it does get easier in teh sense that you aren't going to be fumbling around trying to figure out what is going on!!! LOL... However, I am wondering if that is even goign to be true because it isn't like we will be doing this workout several days in a row or whatever to get used to it... Oh well... it was still way way way more fun than tackling mrs seibers!!!!!

bio- MIU wasn't as cardio challenging for me either, as my heart rate moniter proves, but I did stay within my target heart range for the most part and all the lifting seriously kicked my butt! I really liked the workout, and Lord knows we get plenty of heart pounding with Chalene!
Barb- It hurts. It hurts so bad. LOL I'm holding on to things to sit down again and my lats/obliques? Oyyyyy!!! S&L felt great today, that much is for sure!
Boxer: You're not the only one paying a big price right now. Ugh. I'm kicking myself for not getting back in gear faster!
MINPIN: It DOES get easier, not only to get through but to keep up! It really does! We won't have as much time to get really familiar with the workouts like we have in previous challenges, but I don't necessarily view that as being a bad thing! It'll keep us on our toes, for sure!

Since TJ hasn't arrived yet, I'm going to rotate RIU and BIU on TJ days. (Really should be BIU for the extra cardio, but I wasn't up to it today - Oh, my aching thighs!)

Is it me, or is Debbie starting to age a little in the face (yes, I'm being catty here). She didn't seem as young or fresh -- the stress of her workouts are showing up on her face. Serves her right!

I did mix it up yesterday 'cause I don't have Cardio Party 1 and I didn't do mix it up on Monday. Wow! Lots of arm work eh? Even Debbie is sweating and huffing and puffing. It was a great workout.
Where does she get some of this stuff???? I heard "get the chair" and was like... cool! Sitting work! NOT! Never so happy to get to floor work. Well, maybe after *** crampers before. But the FLOOR work is killer too! Good workout! 3 done, 39 to goooo?!!
