    Brook, I'm very SORE from yesterday's workout, too! But we did it, even when that devil pixie threw in those painful squats toward the end!!! I can't wait to try out TJ tonight!!! I'm looking forward to some heart-pumpin' aerobics!! Mix it up was a great workout, but for me, it wasn't as aerobically challenging as I would have liked. Maybe I did something wrong? Anyways, I like the rotation of doing a variety of workouts so that there's no boredom!!! Thanks for coming up with this idea, Brook!!!!

      I just got done with RIU and S&L for Tuesday.WoooHoooo 2/42 done!!

      I measured and weighed this morning. Will try to get pix done when someone gets home to take them. I can't believe how much I've lost just from Jan 2nd! I'm so excited. Ok..

      Weight 160 (-7)

      Hips 40 (-1)
      Stomach 38.5 (-1.5)
      Waist 32 (-2)
      Chest 38 (no boobage lost lol)
      Thigh 24 (-1)
      Arm 12 (-0)

      I can't wait to see these numbers shrink at the end of this challenge!!!

        OMG am I in PAIN!?!! My arms hurt, my thighs hurt, my back hurts!! Life is good again! LOLOLOL!! We really are sick ya know!?
        Still going to do the 6pack and Limber. But I'll report back when I actually FINISH it. I NEED the S&Limber today for sure!

              Well, I've completed Cardio Party 1 and Slim & Limber this evening. I had to do the stretch after that workout! Had tons of sweat pouring & realized that I need something more supportive for "the girls." I think my abs are really, REALLY gonna hurt tomorrow b/c the hurt like the dickens now. Maybe this is my chance to earn that pickle!! No Slim & 6pack for me tomorrow.

                  42 out of 42 workouts done! Just kidding. I wanted to see how it would feel to type 42 instead of 2. The way I feel tonight I don't think I'm ever going to see 42/42.


                  Start it up and 6 pack done. Can I have a pickle, Ms. Chartmeister?

                  I am really paying the price for being dormant for two weeks and have to work into this slowly. I started Cardio Party and it was too fast for my sluggish body. I did part of TJ Burn so I could practice some of Chalene's moves.

                          I have completed Turbo Jam 20 minute workout and Slim and 6 pack.

                          I am having a hard time keeping up with Charlene. Please tell me it gets easier.

                            OK...

                            Loser4life cardio party completed, kinda... I did have to stop several times from cramps in my side... I think I ate and drank too much water too close to workout time...

                            OK, I am drinking some more water... long day ahead of me tomorrow... I can't wait to get back in the swing of things!!!! Sheesh! It sux when you don't workout for a while!!! hard to get into it!!!!
