      SIU Done for today! Kicked my butt because I haven't exercised in like 6 weeks! My body definitely felt like a 25lb anvil had been lifted off compared to last time, so that's a MAJOR improvement. And to those who were inquiring about the results from last time: I was only able to do about 4 weeks of the challenge but lost about 15lbs from it and about a dress size. SI6 ROCKS!!!

        Ok I know this is super late, but I'm checking in for Monday. I did SIU, 6pack, and Limber. I was tempted not to do Limber so I could get a pickle but it really helps with soreness when I do it.. so I'll "settle" for a Wow! rofl I'll get my pickle soon.
        Ya know.. it was really late when I exercised (midnight.) Normally I wouldn't have done it and just chalked it up to a slug day, BUT because of this challenge, I DID IT!! I didn't want to start off on the first day without exercising. I also made it through without stopping as much as I did the other day. Instead of trying to keep up the reps, I slowed down on some of the exercises and just focused on form. Sometimes I even closed my eyes. It really helped me make it through.

        I forgot to measure, weigh, and take pix today so I'll try to get that done tomorrow.

          Hi, sorry I too forgot to post what I did yesterday. oops! I did SIU and six pack.

          Today I did Ramp it up!

          I don't have all the tapes yet, have to wait until I get my refund from school before I can buy them too, ahh the life of a college student, not! Anyway, I'll just be doing Slim in 6 until I get the other tapes.


          P90X Challenge: 24/90 done, 66 to go!

                Cardio Party I done!! Barbiebabe, were we doing this at the same time, again? 4:30 a.m. for this chickie!

                It was a sweatfest -- I exercise in a room where we keep the heat very low, and I still worked up an awesome sweat.

                Doing this TJ workout was like coming home again! I'm already dreading Debbie tomorrow!

                  Look at you early risers!! Already done with your workouts!!! That's awesome!! I'm never coordinated enough, or awake enough to do a tape in the morning. That's why I stick with a machine...no worries for me tripping over something or kicking my hubby.

                  So this morning, I did 20 minutes on the bike, and Slim n 6 pack and Slim & Limber. I'm looking forward to TJ tonight!!! I really like her music choices too...much better than Debbie's choices. LOL

                  Brandi, I know what you mean about being tempted for going for the pickle!! I also feel better after doing the stretch tape. It really does help with reducing soreness. Otherwise, my muscles are just too tight and uncomfortable...and that's with the small amount of muscles I have now.

                  Have a GREAT day everyone!!!!! We deserve it!!!

                    Qiana- Thanks for the $25.00 off promo code. After working out to one of the videos last week, I saw the ad for Tony Horton's Power Half Hour and I decided to order the DVD's. Not only did I get the $25.00 off but they are on sale right now too for 1/2 off. I got the Power Half Hour which normally goes for $79.80 for $24.95. I like the idea of 1/2 hour workouts cause sometimes I don't have enough time.I am starting to become an addict. Hubby and I are considering joining the YMCA as well. There just aren't enough hours in the day for all the things I want to do.

                            Gooood morning.

                            Anyone else hurt like **** from yesterday's workout or am I the only big sissy?! Ugggggggh. I'm SO sore!! -And it's not just my lower body that's sore...it's my WHOLE body!

                            We've got company here this morning, but they're headed out of here in about an hour and I'll get TJCP1 done then. It'll feel good to get those muscles movin and the lactic acid pumped back out. LOL

                            MINPIN: Exercises you can do while sitting? For this workout rotation, I'd suggest getting through the first couple of weeks before you add more in. LOL You may not know it yet, but you're gonna HURT in a day or two!
