I've noticed an increase in my appetite but thought it was just me. It's all Debbies fault. She is making me eat more so that I buy more stuff from Beachbody. It's a scam!

So, was Cardio Party II as was Cardio Party I?...so I can expect to be stumbling around in a confused state for an hour? And no, I'm not like that all the time .
Barb: I didn't know you hurt your back! Are you still able to workout? The hottub and massage sound wonderful! Hope you're feeling 100% soon!
As for me, I'm pathetic..my legs are now sore and my sides, from my armpits to my waist...(*whimper*).

Cardio Party II is a lot like Cardio Party I, IMHO. I think there are some more "hip-hop" type of moves in II. I like II better for some reason.
Don't worry, this gets easier and you'll catch on to all of the moves. Remember, I am the clumsiest person on the planet. If I can catch on to this, you can too!

My body is hurtin' everywhere, but especially my inner thighs, hamstrings, gluts, abs, and arms. I think the arms still hurts from Cardio Party!! They were screamin' at me during the warm up part of Firm!
Other than doing the stretch tape, this is my day of rest. I might even do another set of stretches this evening & then take a nice, hot bath!
Tomorrow, I was thinking of doing Cardio Party 1 over, just so I learn the moves better. I'll preview Cardio Party 2 tonight. Maybe it's a toss-up?

Shelly, I am fine. I was just due for my quarterly adjustment. And it happened to come at a very good time! LOL. My lower right back was starting to act up a bit. But I feel really WONDERFUL today! Of course, I haven't worked out yet either.

Morning all, I did Ramp it UP this morning. So my workout is done for the day, thank goodness. I can't wait until I get all the other tapes so that I can join in the rotation of workouts with everyone.
