I was going to do S&L, but I'm running out of time. Gotta eat, shower, and do some homework before I go fill in for someone at my old job tonight. Maybe I'll do it when I get home.
I think I might have said this before, but it still amazes me how much this challenge keeps me going. Normally I would've convinced myself that I just didn't have the time to exercise today. Thanks all for the motivation!!!

I'm glad (well, not glad, but you know what I mean) to hear that other people are feeling hungry as well. Right now, I'm just going with it and eating a little more. I'm also trying to eat smaller meals more often. I've really been craving calcium, so hopefully these workouts are helping to increase my bone density as well.
Haven't decided for sure what workout I'll do tonight. Will check in later to let you know what I did.

Ok, I am officially grumpy and want to order a pizza, lol. I feel like crap today, and i know that i must be getting either worn out or sick, cause i slept for 12 hours. Well enough with my complaining. today i did Ramp it up, and Cardio Party 1,and finally slim and Limber and Wednesday i did Start it up and slim and limber. I got my exercise out of the way today, now if i can get rid of this pizza craving.
OK- I am tired, just got home from work and I guess I am gonig to trot my happy cramping @rse into the livingroom and workout.... sheesh- you guys are killing me, but not as much as Cardio Party is about to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OKie dokie already.... I did it, my dvd player is acting up though adn skipped MAJORLY on teh last 8 minutes... it didn't really cause me to lose much of the workout just to do it slower... I will have to clean my player and see if that is the prob... anywho, I really really really like Beachbody better than the slim series stuff.... oh well.... I am done for the day... I won't lie- I am going to get a glass of wine!!!! the workout was stress relief but I need more~

Rest day for me for this challenge. I just finished an hour on the treadmill at incline 11 and an hour of weight training with my personal trainer. There is no way I can do anymore.

Hey Qiana. Try laying out some pepperoni on a place and layer some cheese on top of it. Microwave it for a bit, add a little sauce if you want it. Wala! Pizza flavor without the crust!

I tried to do BIU, but the baby is teething and needed his mommy so about ten minutes into it I had to go to him and then just couldn't go back to it so I did RIU instead.

Barbde nope they sent me an eamil today a whole week later jsut saying they shipped it and it will be longer how much of an upgrade was the free express shipping if it is USP ground . what do they use otherwise. walk it to your house?
I'm here Brook! Sorry I haven't checked in the last few days, been real busy at work, and have a parttime night job as well, but still been working-out. Monday, was a rest day, Tuesday I did RIU, Wednesday BIU, and Thursday BIU. Finally got my TJ DVD's and will start those tomorrow. Now I'm up to date!!! and looking forward to the TJ workout tomorrow.
