    Too scared to do Tone it up! There seemed to be too many lunges on it. I'm hoping to try it after I get down to 180 or so.

    My legs have permanent weights on them, too.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

      Barbde, the floor work in Tone it Up is crazy painful even without the ankle weights. You're a brave, brave woman. I bought ankle weights that can adjust from .5 to 2 lbs, but so far I've just walked around the house in them. I'm not ready to try out a Debbie work out with them on.

      Think I'm gonna cool it off tonight. My lower back could really use a good stretch. Will check in later when I'm done.

          Almost feels like cheating, but it's not. I'll be all rested and ready fo Tear it Up tomorrow, assuming my DVD shows up in time.

            Did I come in to say TODAY was a sick day? Feeling better, though. Hopefully good enough to get back on track tomorrow.

                  So I got home late from work, and ate, and I decided to do the 20 minute TJ workout. I still had lotsa energy left, so I threw in Tone It Up. What was I thinking!!!! After 40 minutes, I had to stop, and fast forward a bit. My legs will never be the same again, felt like jello after that workout! And I thought I was in shape!!! Charlene is a bundle of energy, and Debbie is a killer! What will I attempt tomorrow?

                    Rest day today.

                    I'm so disgusted with myself, I've gotta step it up!! It's funny, I like exercising and could easily become an exercise junky (used to be) but now it seems my days are so busy with college, kids, homework, etc and I keep putting it off, saying "I'll do it when XXXX is over or when I'm done with XXXX" and I end up doing it at midnight or not at all. I need to come up with a schedule.. to do homework and exercise. Organization is the key dangit.

                            It wasn't any easier today, but I had time to complete it. I jumped out of bed when the alarm went off. My arms are jello, my legs are jello.

                              By the end of the day my back was killing me again. I attempted Start It Up but stopped a couple minutes in. Thursdays are my normal rest day because I have bowling and don't get home until 10:30 p.m. Come **** or high water I am going to workout tomorrow. I will just make sure I have the heating pad preheated, the ibuprofren on the counter, and the bengay by my bedside. I feel horrible not working out.
