        I decided to take a rest day today (whimp). I am so sore from my workout yesterday. I can barely move. Tone It Up is pure torture. I haven't been this sore in a very long time. Boy, my upper body is really weak.

          Well, this explains those pigeons! I received an email from Beachbody saying that my DVD (Tear it Up) shipped on 1/11, USPS First Class. Since I haven't gotten it yet, and the USPS usually is pretty quick, I just checked the tracking number. According to the tracking number, the package actually shipped on 1/17!!

          I like Beachbody's products, but that kind of misrepresentation (6 days, come on!) ticks me off a bit.

            Barb, have you done Tear it up before?? I plan on doing it on Saturday. I don't advise the ankle weights!!

              There is tons of hand weights in this one though! And tomorrow is Turbo sculpt! My arms feel like rubber! And these long workouts seem never ending!!
              I do like working with the weights though. I hadn't done much of that before. I may stick more with Debbie through the rest of this challenge. All that booty pumping in TJ seems to not be so good for my back! We'll see. I'll probably change my mind again after a couple days of Debbie in a row LOL.

                Barb - I had to modify lots of the booty throwin'/shakin' until I built more strength in my lower back. Instead of doin' the Howzit stuff, I'd just tuck ...kwim? With your back stuff, maybe that'd work?

                    TJ 20 minute workout done! Got a bit easier,and I could follow the moves a bit better. Gotta go to work now, and maybe get in another workout later this evening!!!

                      Me again, Brook, looks like I'm missing the 13, 14, 15. Was out of town on the 13 & 14, I did workout, walking for 45 minutes each day, didn't have my laptop with me to do the video workouts! On the 15th, I took a rest day! Hope I'm up to date now! Travelling confuses my schedule!!!

                        Well, my back was feeling better and I was all ready to start working out again UNTIL I tore my calf muscle last night. Why do these things happen to me?? I was going up to throw the bowling ball and I heard the "pop." The ER doc said I am really lucky I didn't rupture my Achilles Tendon. Looks like I will be out for at least 4-6 weeks. I am going to try doing situps and arm work to give me some kind of workout but obviously no videos.

                          The chart looks really great. So much better than the scrawled calendar I have posted on my fridge!

                          Barbde - I'm going to stick with just Debbie for at least 2-3 more weeks, and then start mixing in TJ. I want to see what the slim training does for me.

                              Brook, the chart looks awesome. For me today i did turbo Sculpt, slim and 6packa and slim and limber. I think i have gotten over the "i dont want to do it today blues", cause i am rocking and ready to roll. I hope everyone is still going strong and hanging in there. Week 2 is almost over, YEA
