    Re: Home Remedies

I saw Kelly Rippa spit on Regis's sleeve after he got a small stain of blood
That's really funny because she's in those Tide-to-go commercials. I wonder if Tide-to-go is just little viles of Kelly's spit?

I found this site called the "International Home Remedies" project a while back when I was looking for fever blister rememdies -- it's kind of like a Wikipedia for home remedies -->

Lots of ideas -- and even if they aren't accurate it's a fun site to browse

Yep - on a regular basis...I've got Leaky Chin Syndrome . It also works great on fresh blood spots. Mind you, I do not walk around drooling; if there's more than just a drip or two on something, I hurry to wash it ASAP. Otherwise, like after spilling while at the office, I dab it with spit & forget about it.

Here's another - old beer can be used as slug bait & killer, to remove paint drips from waxed hardwood floors, to marinade, and to boost the growth rate of plants.

Guess no one uses it for shiny hair anymore.

                      This is a good one:

Beer, if used properly, will produce an amazing buzz like feeling.

Oh, Atkid - beer does add shine and volume to hair, too - but don't be surprised if people ask if you've been drinking after using it. Might be good for soft & shiny fur, though.

On the other hand, it might be to your advantage after using jerkaza's beer remedy to respond to people's queries with "I just gaave my hair a beer treatment" LOL

What's with this lollipop head thing anyway?

Beer costs too much these days to be using it on your hair anymore!

                                I'll be good, I swear!

Lolly pop head is when you're body is so skinny that your head looks gigantic. Like Teri Hatcher, Kelly Rippa, and Nicole Richie.
