Ever since that Evening Primrose discussion, I've been thinking about my supplements. Silly me, not caring a whim about variables, I started taking EP when I started taking all of my other supplements regularly. Since I've done that, I've had practically no bloating, no mood swings, and really no other ominous signs that TOM is approaching. So quite possibly, it's just the fact that I'm taking great things like B-Complex, vitamin E, flax oil, etc. that have "put me in balance" so I don't have horrid TOM/PMS symptoms, and NOT the EP.
Pre-supplements, I would have to wear a size LARGER pants during TOM, no joke. And this TOM, actually yesterday, I wore a smaller size than I had been wearing because I had no bloating/water retention.
So I guess this is my "HOORAY FOR SUPPLEMENTS" post.
Took all the ones I'm supposed to so far today. Evening ones are ready on the table for later.
