jack and i both got ours in early this morning. i have yet to get the biotin for jack. it will have to be on the grocery list for this weekend. payday only comes every two weeks so i have to time stuff according.

I'm getting mine in. Missed a couple of days on the weekend and was quite upset about it, so that's a new thing for me! Never was a vitamin-taker before, but I sure notice what a difference there is with what I'm taking now.
same with me, mg. i can feel the difference when i am not taking the B complex.
i got mine in early this morning. jack had his laying beside him during breakfast but then forgot to take them. they were laying right there! sheesh. he'll get them in with dinner tonight.

Today was my day off work so I went and bought my vitamin D, and the highest iu amount I could find was 1000. How am I supposed to get 1100 in? I'm sure 1000 will do, right?
I am taking my vits/supplements daily and have ordered Dr A's book on vitamins/supplements etc, so am looking forward to reading that.
I haven't posted in ages, but I'm still on track! I bought more L-Carnitine, as it was buy-one-get-one-free. I've been losing inches and have really been able to increase the intensity of my workouts since I've started taking it.

About the D, you know what? I thought the same thing when I got it! I was reading that 2000 would be very excessive and I was thinking why on earth do they make it in 1,000 mg when the dosage should be 1,100? Anyway, there's also 200mg D in my calcium pills so I think 1,200 would be okay.
