The only other time I cheated I had the same problem so I'm assuming that's what it is. I zeroed in on vitamins after the first time thinking maybe there wasn't enough potassium in them but it's the recommended dose. Or maybe all the water I drink was flushing it out before my body had a real chance to absorb it. I don't know. It could just be me but I thought I'd ask.....

I think I'll tell my fiance that it's the cheating that is causing his leg cramps, and see if they go away. It's worth a shot, and it might motivate him to stay on track more! Thanks for the tip!

I just got done doing a core-body-strength workout on my Xbox fitness game. It was very challenging!

How is everyone else doing? Enjoying the weekend?

I think I'll have to enjoy going to other folks homes for cookouts. It's too hard to have it at home. The gym isn't open tomorrow so I'm going for a walk in the morning but Tuesday I will be on the elliptical (did I spell that right?) trainer for a looooooong time!

Well I am finally back from my vacation. I have to tell you, I spent 3 days/4 nights at the lake. Having cookouts on the beach, fireworks, rode Jet skis and boats, did tons of fishing, ect ect.

I hated every minute of it. I missed my home, I missed my food and I missed this board lol. I tell ya, Eating was a hassle. I gotta lot of my proteins and fats in but not enough veggies. Ohwell, Brand new week.

I am going to stick with my monthly weigh ins and just report them with all of y'alls.

We are entering a brand new week and hope everything is going great on everyones end.

I'm glad you're back home where you want to be. It's so much easier to stay focused in a regular routine.

I won't be home for July 9th's weigh-in so if no one minds I'll be reporting in on the 8th! Two days of trying my best to behave and barely making it will be offset by LOTS of exercise and water. I want to look forward to a happy weigh-in.

Hello all, I am finally on the new board and it looks great. I really missed this place this past weekend. I hope everyone did well.

I had 1 small cheat, I put a tiny bit of beanless chili on my hot dog (w/o bun) on 4th of July. It didn't seem to make my weight fluctuate very much so I think we are ok.

Mary-Chan: I'm with you on not weighing myself until Saturday, my weight fluctates like crazy too. I hope I can do this though, weighing myself every morning has is not only a routine but an obsession.

FightingtheFight: welcome back, your trip sounds like so much fun.

I hope everyone else is doing great with their excercise and WOE. I'm gonna go drink some water now

I find it hard to manage even at home on the weekend or a holiday. My schedule is just messed up with the DH here. I don't get my Treadmill walking in during the morning to get me reved up for the day. He wants to eat out which I'm struggeling with as I'm fairly new to OWL and have only tried to eat out a couple of times. I usually wind up going over on my carbs and not getting the veggies in. I don't want to hurt his feelings so I just go with the flow and try to keep the carbs at the right level and do the best I can with the veg.

It's Wednesday so I'm checking in. Hope everyone is doing well. I've had a good week and can happily report that I had a little whoosh and last friday I weighed in 3 lbs lighter at a new low of 219. It's so nice to see the teens and I now truly believe that I'm moving closer to onederland which is one great motivator

Am off to Body Combat again tonight and hopefully will be a few shades closer to pink than red this time when we get to the end! I generally feel so positive about everything at the moment so I hope it rubs off on the whole of Team Fat Blaster and we all see the results we deserve. I'll call in again tomorrow to see how everyone is, have a good day x

                        Morning everyone

Went to Body Combat last night and had a brilliant time. Everything seemed that little bit easier and there wasn't the need for quite so many water breaks (trick I used to take a short breather last week...hehe!)

Every small success is progress in our journey to a healthier, slimmer self and so we should pat ourselves on the back each and every time. So here's a congratulatory back slap from me to all of Team Fat Blaster for the progress we've all made so far, no matter how big or how small....success is success!

My trip to America is looming and I'm still nervous but certainly excited. I leave next Friday 15th July and will be in Boston until Saturday 23rd so therefore will be off the board for a short while over this time. I'll check in next week before I go and let you know what the scales are saying but until then, have a great week and I'll see you all next wedensday.

hi all, I hope all is having a great day.

This morning I woke up and did a 3 mile run hike. I was really siked because last night I tried on some Mens 38 pants and I am getting closer to buttoning them! today as I hit the hills I was using that for motivation!

Btw, do any of you ladies know of a site that shows conversion of mens sizes to womens? so I could compare?

                              Good Afternoon Everyone:

Have been walking on the Treadmill a lot lately. At least a lot for me. I have a bad back and I've had to advance very slowly due to the pain. Yesterday I walked 45 min at 2.5 mph. That is astonishing for me. On top of that I did it twice. One of my sons started walking on the treadmill and he kind of challenged me so I did it twice. Last night the old back really hurt. This morning when I got up it wasn't so bad so before breakfast I walked again. This time I walked 55 min at 2.5 mph.

The weight hasn't dropped but I'm hoping for that fairy thing soon. I'm still losing inches so I know I will drop eventually.

I joined the President's Fitness Challenge (I think that's what it's called) where you commit to exercise 5 out of 7 days for 6 out of 8 weeks and you win an award. This is another motivater for me to do my exercise daily. I need all the encouragement I can get.

Hope all is well with everyone. Hope none of you are in the path of Dennis. I know some on the ADBB are. Take care

I just did my cardio for the day and am feeling pretty good. Was frustrated the past two days for no reason in particular, but am over it now! I hope my weigh in tomorow goes okay.
