    Oh Goodness fighting I sure hope you feel better. It's funny you said I was lazy cause I sure felt like it even know I got out and did walk, tomorrow I am running because the feeling of accomplishment is so awesome when I run.
    Oh, amd lifting weights too so it's gunna be a good day tomorrow. TOM is around the corner any day so I am expecting my weight to be up as of Saturday AHHH Oh, well so long as the measurements go down that's all that matters.

        Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm currently in the office and it's so hot. I'm sure you guys are more used to this sort of weather but over here we're renowned for rain, cloud and generally miserable conditions. We have no air conditioning so I'm uncomfortable and can't wait to go home and hop in a nice cold shower!

        Ditto Doris, I hope you have fun on your break and let us know how well you did by staying focused. I'm sure you'll do great.

        Fighting, I hope you're better today and not so tired. I know what working long hours is like so can empathise. Just get plenty of rest and let us know how you are doing.

        iyamamaschke, you're doing so well. I'm following your lead and hope to reach onederland just after you. Hope today went well with your run.

        Dont know if you saw my post in the main forum, but I'll be coming State side for a week in July. I'll be in Boston on business and am really looking forward to it although a little nervous as have to go through interview. Anyway, just wanted to see how Team Fat Blaster is today.

          Hello all I hope everyone is running, feeling better, working out, having a nice trip...did I miss anybody?

          Just wanted to send off a quick hello and to say that I am doing good, have been doing my free weights at night working out my arms, abs, legs, and butt. My food is good and I have only forgotten to take my supplements twice this week which is pretty amazing for me.

          I have decided to go squeeky clean for a while. I will eliminate all salt, aspartame, splenda, and caffeine from my diet as of this moment. I really want to hit wonderland and it seems the only time I lose pounds is when I'm coming off TOM.

          Oh, I bought a new pair of jeans today, size 14 :yikes can't believe it. I went to my parent's house and picked up some of the clothes that I used to wear back in highschool, they fit and look pretty good too. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. :hug

              Yoly; congratulations on your success!! I would love to be able to fit into 14's! Right now I'm just trying to fit into an old pair of 22's. I am getting closer everyday though!

              Fightingthefight; I hope you feel better and don't have to work such long hours anymore!

              The scale was kind to me again this morning! Hopefully this will keep up, and I can make up for my plateau from last week.

                I am a walking stall lately I lose like 1 week out of the month LOL but, I lose a lot during that week so I'll take it. I did some new pics in my old 26 pants and I am pretty happy about how big they are I didn't really realize how much I lost till I put those pants on it's amazing. WOW.

                So how is everyone today hopefully everyone is feeling well and doing well. I am running today still I'll have 6 kids for a bit but, I will get it done later. I'll probably be a wreck tomorrow after all the exercise I think I will speed it up and go a little less time and save my long run for tomorrow.

                    Ya my littles thought it was funny running back and forth infront of the camera he doesn't know he's so cute LOL. I ran 40 minutes interval training and did 2.9 miles so pretty awesome feeling good today I am saving up for my long run tomorrow hopefully goes well.

                      Today I did half an hour of cardio and walked the dog. Had some really good salmon for dinner! Nothing much new to report. Tomorow's our weigh-in day!

                          Do we have an official weigh in day for group? I've scanned past messages and don't see anything. Kinda glad too - I lost the two pounds I've been gaining and losing on a daily basis. As I try to combat this stall I'm praying it goes down down down.......................

                            We chose today (saturday) as our weigh in day this time. Goodluck on your stall!



                            I am frustrated by the scale today. It had been down to 246.1 for most of the week, but of course on my weigh in day it went up to 247.1!!! I'm sure it's just water weight fluctuation, but it is still very frustrating.

                            I started the challenge at 247.7 and I guess today's is 247.1. Not much of a loss :no , but I am losing more in inches, because I can fit into 22's now! :icondance

                                I'm 217 having TOM full bore so I expect to be up till next week darn it. I am having a rest day today from the treadmill it's raining like crazy again. I am sick of rain it has been flooding all over Alberta and I feel like I live in a water hole.

                                Hopefully I'll be back down to stats or lower next Saturday. I have been plugging my food in and I was eating too much to lose anything so I am remidying that here I didn't realize how much I was eating LOL. Since losing weight I have to lower calories to reach goal which sucks but, hey whatever it takes right.
