      GOOD MORNING TEAM!
      day 2 of my induction!
      IT will be clean.
      Again i vow to go to the gym ladies express!
      DUE 1.5 miles on a treadmill and the 23 min circuit too!

      How is everyone doing...i have no atkins flu symptoms
      and feel pretty good yet its 6:30 am and i havent seen much of
      the day yet! ....

        Lisa - Congrats on the clean day!! :hug

        I was good. I did eat a non-Atkins dinner, but it was light. (It was the last of left overs - I just can't throw good food out) It's gone now, so just Induction food remains. I haven't been feeling well, TOM and trying to fight off a cold so I went to bed really early and didn't exercise.

        Today will be a truly clean day. I also hope to exercise tonight.

          Good Morning Team!

          I also have no problem sharing my IM ids and email addresses. However, if we need to PM each other with our info, can someone put together a list of all of team 3's members so I know who all to PM!

          Today is the start of my 4th day of Induction and I've lost 5 lbs! I tried so hard not to weigh but I just couldn't help it..lol. I won't weigh again til Sat which will be a week on Ind. and then hopefully not again til the following Sat. I'm going to retake my measurements at the end of Ind.

          Having a hard time getting to the gym but walking as much as possible and doing little exercises when I can. I do a lot of butt crunches while sitting at my computer all day at work. Occassionally I'll shut my door and do 10-15 push ups off my wall. I'm sure if someone saw me they'd think I was crazy. But I'm just trying to do whatever I can to get some exercise in for the day.

            okay is everybody signed up in one of the board exercise challenges? How about the water challenge? Newbies in the book reading club topic that starts on the 9th?

              YEs last 10 i know what you mean with the food,,,,cant thor it out...but good keep that house full of induction legal foods. I have mine stocked. I been noticing and catching myself almost popping in a snack when feeding the kids around here and had to spit out food.

                    Well I am feeling a little better today. Sore all over from coughing and was vomitting from the coughing also. My husband so wanted to load me with carbs, and I gave him the look of death. Still coughing and have been taking safe tussin (sugar free, alcholol free) tastes like mouthwash for the cough, I will survive though. Luckily I have today and tommorrow off work so I can feel better by thursday. I drank my water, but I didn't walk that much today.

                      but cant now!

                        i am dancing the happy dance cause im starting
                        3 days clean induction!!!! (yes, again)
                        and today will be 3 consecutive days at the gym!!!!

                        I have gotten in plenty of water and I feel well. I had a slight ATKINS flu of tieds in the afternoon but I know that will go away next week. I can deal with that.! Wishing everyone a GOOD LO CARB day!!!!!!

                              thats okay keeping busy and doing this WOE is awesome.
                              I feel great this morning.....

                              I will not get to the gym with schools on 2 hour delay for
                              ice storm.....
                              i also wont drive on ice

                                To help with the exercise, I am going back to Curves. I joined last year, but stopped going. I have been paying every month, just not using my membership. Nothing like throwing money away! My goal is to go three times a week, and it is a 30 min. workout. I plan to go on my lunch hour, because when I plan to go at night, things always seem to get in the way and I don't make it. They close kind of early (7:00), so it's a tight schedule since I work until 5:00, and then pick up my son at daycare. Most nights I don't make it in time. We'll see how the luchtime thing works out. I also am going to start walking on the weekends with my son (5 yrs. old.) It will be good for both of us. Anyway, that's my plan for exercise!
