    I have not gottento the gym since Monday, I put my back out.... But instead of 5 times a week for thenext few weeks like I had planned I will go 7. I am down 10 pounds from my starting weight fot the challenge.

        Sorry to hear about your back, but great job on the weight loss.

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Congrats on the loss Booklady and Amy!! WOW! 10 pounds Amy? That's awesome! Way to go!

              Just checking in. Only down one pound. A little disappointing but I haven't worked out much the last few days. I'm going to catch up this week. Good job to those already down!!!!!!!!

                25 minutes today. was supposed to be 1/2 hour but the phone rang, and I must admit, I was relieved. I've been "playing" with the stability ball, and I must admit, if anyone was a fly in the wall, the would be laughing hysterically. Stable, my arse!!!!!
