, Just my opinon but I think your water is low. I know it can be hard to drink more, but I think 64 oz is only the recommended amount for the average person, and then 8 oz more per 25 lbs of weight you need/want to lose. I think with all the terrific exercise you are doing, drinking the right amount of water is very important. Just my two cents worth.
