Welcome to the challenge Luna! Just jump right in and make yourself at home.

Congrats on the losses BigB, Chicklady, Adena, and Sarah! That's GREAT!

Suga, I'm right there with you. I didn't lose any for the week and am extremely frustrated at this point. I don't know what I could possibly be doing wrong. I'm trying SO hard. Harder than I've ever tried before. Hang in there. We'll get through this together.

Thanks Blue and Suga, I'm just so frustrated at the moment. Blue I've been getting at least 68 ounces of water daily and posted my menu the other day in my journal. The responses I got were positive, except they did say to add more veggies. I added some this week, cauliflower, broccoli, and tomatoes. I'm just stumped. I don't know why my body is holding on to this weight.

Anyway, for better news, I did manage to get 120 minutes in at the gym today (Kick class and Power)

                          So stiff and sore!

Please put me in for 60 minutes today Liz.

I got the upper body workout of my life today. I have really poor upper body strength, so this was a really challenge. Over an hour removing nice heavy snow from the roof of the run with a roof rake! OMG!! There are muscles killing me that I didn't know existed!! I'm not even putting in the minutes shoveling my way out to the run----that just seemed so easy comparitively

You are obvisouly doing a fantastic job with your exercise, Just my opinon but I think your water is low. I know it can be hard to drink more, but I think 64 oz is only the recommended amount for the average person, and then 8 oz more per 25 lbs of weight you need/want to lose. I think with all the terrific exercise you are doing, drinking the right amount of water is very important. Just my two cents worth.

I drink about a gallon of water a day, at first it was a little tough, know I find it pretty easy.

Either way, I sure you will have a big woosh soon.

Bluebelt, I will definitely try increasing my water intake. I have a big water bottle that I carry with my everywhere. It's 34 ounces. I've been getting in two each day. So my goal this week will be to drink three each day....that'll be just at 100 ounces.

Good job on getting those minutes in Sandy, Bluebelt, and Chick! And congrats on those 2 pounds Sandy! Keep it up!
