        I want to report my lost pounds for this challenge so far. I'm at 254.5 today. So thats 3 pounds gone forever

          1/2 hour for me today.

          You would think-well, I would think---that after a while, I would build some upper body strength. I'm standing there, pouring water over my coffee---we ditched the auto coffee makers a while ago---and I can't believe my arms still start to hurt so quickly holding such little weight.

                Wow! You are one very tall lady!! I was noticing your goal weight. That explains it-----I need to grow a half a foot You must have a heck of a time getting pants with long enough inseams. I'm 5'7" and unless i order talls (from that famous fat chicks place) my pant bottoms are crawling up to my shins when I sit down!!

                    Ya, When I reached goal last time I was at 219 lbs. My doctor and I both agreed that that was goal for me. If I were to have the excess skin removed I would be in Onderland. So to me at 220, I am in Onderland.

                      Ok, I got my lazy behind up and exercised this morning. I'm now down to 201 (even though I know officially we're not supposed to report until Monday). I'm just so excited to be this close to Onderland!!

                      Turbo Jam - 20 minute workout (kickboxing)
                      Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt + Abs (a bunch of squats/arm work/ and ab work with 3 lb. weights) - 30 minutes

                      Total = 50 minutes

                      Ouch, my body hurts already!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Great job ladies, you are all an inspiration.
                            40 year old male 6' 3"

                            What I know:
                            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                            4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                              No, not quite there yet (2 more pounds) but maybe by next week I'll be there.

                              I also walked an hour tonight. I guess I'm trying to do myself in (or get caught up on the exercise).
