    Wow, Congrats on the losses Beth, Sherri and Chick!! Great Job.

    Chopper, it's good to hear from you. How soon will you be moving? Ugh, I hate packing! lol

    I lost another 1.1 pound, putting me at 325.1. I'm so ready for the 310's now!! I'm hitting the gym tonight for Kick and Power...so 120 minutes of exercise.

        Thats what Im hoping for...Im gonna work my tail off this week at the gym, and be super careful about what goes into my mouth...and hopefully next week I'll break out of the 220's.

                Ummm LIZ!! You are getting subtler, but I have 7 pounds left not 8. Course after last weeks 19, maybe I should just shutup!!

                          Went to the gym today. Did 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes bike, then 1 hour on weights, and back on treadmill for 5 more minutes to walk it off. So add 110 minutes for me!! Yay!
