    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                  Congrats Sarah, Sandy, and Sherri!! Whoohoo!! We are totally rockin' this challenge. I can't wait to see what our final total weight loss will be.

                  Sandy, I am very excited about hitting the 80s. I think I'm more excited about that than I was to hit Onederland (don't know why).

                      Liz, I finally have a loss to report! I'm back into onederland, at 199. That's two pounds down from my starting weight. Exercise for last week was 180 minutes, all in one shot at my half marathon. Then I got sick and didn't do a thing for the rest of the week.

                              WOW! Look at all the losers... Jammie, Sarah, Sandy, Sherri, Chick and Adena!! Congratulations. I didn't get to weigh in today because the PE coach wasn't at school today and my scale is locked in her office. Hopefully I will get to weigh tomorrow.

                              I did manage to get 120 minutes of exercise today (Power and Kick classes)
