    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

      I am so excited I could dance! While I was swimming yesterday, I was telling myself I was so proud of myself (I've never done that before, I have always been disappointed in what I didn't do instead of focusing on what I did achieve) and I was setting up in my mind what I would change in my exercise routine and how I would mix it up. I felt so in control and then hitting onderland this morning? I don't feel so bad about falling out of bed last night. lol

            I made my exercise goal. I walked 10 minutes at work and then did Turbo Jam Punch, Kick, and Jam (50 minutes) which took me over my goal by 5 minutes.

                I got 3 hours in at the gym today. I took Kick class, then Power, and ended with Groove class. I'm exhausted and so sore from all the core work I did yesterday! It hurts to laugh or cough... I'm feeling muscles in my stomach I never knew I had. lol It's a good hurt though.

                    Yes, they were in a row. The good thing is it was a cardio class, then weightlifting, then another cardio class, so it wasn't 3 straight hours of cardio. And I had a friend doing it with me so the time went by fast. It was fun.

                            Congratulations SHERRI!! You'll meet that goal in no time.

                            I got in 150 minutes at the gym today. I took Kick this morning and then decided to stay for the Instructors Challenge. It's a challenge they offer every so often but I have never participated before. It was intense! We started out with weights, rotating through 6 different exercises (biceps, triceps, lunges, clean and presses, rows, and chest presses). Since it was a "challenge" we had to do all these things using double the weight that we would normally use in Power class. OH MY GOSH, my muscles were shaking! After the weights we went straight into cardio... we did 3 Step songs, 2 Kick songs, and 2 Centurgy (yoga type) songs. It lasted for about 90 minutes. I was dripping sweat by the end! It was a great workout!
