    Good to see you back Lori... I was missing you. Congrats on that 4 pound loss!

    No gym for me tonight. I am not feeling very well at all. Nauseous, fever, sore throat. Ugh, and this is the worst week to miss work too. I can't call in sick. Too much to do.

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

            I hope you're right Lori I keep writing 1's for my weigh-ins,but then I have to fix it !

            30 minutes exercise today. Beautiful day out after the thunderstorms ended. Gonna be nice again tomorrow so i should catch up on some of my exercise. I get so bored inside.

                          Someone told me today I would look too thin at 140 but I was thinking the whole time they were talking that I have to keep my goal at 140 so I don't get kicked out of the Century Club.

                              Got in 30 minutes of DDR and strenuous Wii games with my son, I think I was more tired after that than I am after going to the gym or doing martial arts!

                              I'm not going to make my exercise goal sadly, but I'm hoping to still make the weight goal.
