              Walked for 60 minutes on the treadmill 1,305/4,000 min
              40 year old male 6' 3"

              What I know:
              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
              2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
              3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
              4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                  Great job on the loss everyone!

                  I'm down 3 pounds since last Saturday ! Woo hoo! 17 more to go by July 4th - 8 more weeks. My next personal mini-goal is 214 so now I'm only 7 pounds away from that .
