and Im also doing squats, 30 two days a week, after I finish this 60 minute workout I get on the treadmill again for another 30 minutes to complete my 3 mile walk, Im also going to start with pilates, at least 3 days a week, the 20 minute windsor video and some taebo, as much as I can do, I have done this is when Im bored with the other exercises, I usually get bored very easily, so I change constantly the music, and the exercises, I use 5 lbs. weights for my arms and breast, and it seems that pilates has help a lot to start losing weight from my thighs but Im going to add another day for lower body cause that seems to be the area that Im having more work to lose inches.
So now I can workout at home and at the gym!! ( geez did I just say that???
