      Okay, I'm going to stay off the scale for a few days.

      I lost another 1/2 pound and I swam for 60 minutes today.

          Well Liz, I do a 30 minute walk on a treadmill, then I stop and do some calisthenics, 3 days for the upper body, 2 days for the lower body, Im also doing in that hour of exercises, everyday 120 abs, 40 upper abs, 40 lower abs, 40 waist abs, Im also starting to do wall ups, 40 for 3 days a week, I still cant do a normal push up, but I will do them one of this days and Im also doing squats, 30 two days a week, after I finish this 60 minute workout I get on the treadmill again for another 30 minutes to complete my 3 mile walk, Im also going to start with pilates, at least 3 days a week, the 20 minute windsor video and some taebo, as much as I can do, I have done this is when Im bored with the other exercises, I usually get bored very easily, so I change constantly the music, and the exercises, I use 5 lbs. weights for my arms and breast, and it seems that pilates has help a lot to start losing weight from my thighs but Im going to add another day for lower body cause that seems to be the area that Im having more work to lose inches.

          So in this next 6 weeks I will be doing exercise 6 days a week, I want to get to my "fired up for fitness" weight goal, that I realize I posted a really high goal, but I want to see if Im able to do it, at least I will do my best.

          After I stop smoking, Im waking up at 5.30 am, so by 6am Im ready to do my exercises, each day I feel so much better!!!

            Lost 3 lbs this week bringing me to 217 lbs!!! Only 18 more to go.
            I also did 245 minutes this week =)
            Hoping to be @ 180 lbs
            By our 1 year anniversary =)

                  We bought a new treadmill this weekend So now I can workout at home and at the gym!! ( geez did I just say that??? )

                  So so far for the day (19th) I have 50 minutes of cardio in! <

                    Congrats on those 3 pounds Sugar! That's great!!

                    I lost 2.5 pounds this week! YAY! So I'm at 305.7. I can't wait to get these next 5 pounds off and be in the 200's. I also got 120 minutes at the gym today. 90 with my trainer (abs and legs) and only 30 minutes of Kick class (I showed up late)

                        Congrats Liz!! I know those pounds off come hard to you, although my guess is it's because of all the muscle you are building being so dedicated to your exercises.

                            I had to update my siggy again.....I'm tracking my "fired up" minutes on it and yesterdays were gone. If only the hips went as fast!!
