    Re: Thorns Trials

I wish I had a crock pot here in Japan but since I have two of them "at home" in the states, I don't want to get a third.

Sunday ended well. I stayed on plan and today I have a call in to my doctor to see what he thinks.

How long have you been in Japan? And where is home in the States? My cousin lived in Japan for a few years in high school with her family. Her Dad was stationed there in the Marines.

Please let us know what your dr says. I would have thought you would have had some relief by now from the med he gave you. Still got the fever?

I am also with the Marines. Your cousin may have been in Okinawa Japan where most of the Marines are stationed, but I am on the mainland in the south part. Home is Washington State between Olympia and Tacoma.

Ok, this is a funny story, but a little discusting also. You know, well maybe you don't. I am the biggest hypocondriac this side of the mason dixon. Well, today, I went to the bathroom and well, it was tar, you know tar, and okay, I was dying, not only was I dying of kidney disease, now Ive got, what ulcers, liver problems, sure sign of immediate death..who knows what.
I deside to google my new discusting symtom and what come up?
            Blueberries.
I have been eating and drinking blueberries cause you told me they were as good as cranberries and I can get blues here in Japan.
            I don't know 2big. I think I am hopeless.
Doctor hasn't called me back. Ill bet he is home sick. LOL

                      Re: Thorns Trials

Good morning all. Well I got on the scale and the good news is that I haven't gained anything. The bad news is that I haven't lost anything either. **SIGH**
Last night I cooked a pot roast. Beef, tomatoes, onions, celery, potatoes, and carrots. Now I DID NOT EAT the carrots or the potatoes, my DH enjoyed them. So tell me cause I did DO the broth. Do you think the broth is full of potato carbs. I had about a half cup, maybe, mostly ate the meat.
Hypocondriacs unit. We should have our own forum so we can tell eachother what we are dying of on that day. \

                        LOL Desert

I have often wondered if my broth was full of carbs from the potato when I make stew for my family.

Well, it looks like I've dodged the 2big bullet on this one. I mean some times I can just picture her staking her head at me.

Today was find, I had yogurt and strawberries, 5 little ones, for breakfast with a hard boiled egg. Lunch was a salad, 3 cherry tomatoes, one half of one very small English cucumber, and about a 1/2 cup of lettuce with a 1/2 cup of chili lime pork strips.
Gonna have leftover pot roast for dinner, and maybe Ill not do the broth thing.
I have a headache, but its just a little one and the kidney thing seems to be on the mend.
The office candie bowl has been calling my name all day, but I have chose to ignore it. And I am on my second quart of water.
                          Thanks for all your support.
