The same thing you're eating. I'm doing the omelette thing for breakfast and lunch. I'm making the omelette with 2 sausage rounds, onions, mushrooms and some butter and 5 eggs. Then for dinner I'm having the lettuce wrapped salami slices with cheese and mustard. Sounds pretty good.

You can give it a shot! But if it doesn't work, am I going to find headless Barbies on my front porch?

What do you mean? Isn't it like what you're eating? And yes, you'll be finding a lot of headless barbies on your front porch if this doesn't work.

wannabe-- you know that what works for one person won't necessarily work for another. I don't want you to be hungry on what I eat or stall due to cheese or sausage and then come and bop me on the head or be disappointed in me! *lol*

I love you, so I want you to do what your body responds to best! I'm worried something goes wrong and then it becomes my fault!

                        I can't take the pressure.

I know it might not work for me...especially on the days that I have my weight training with my personal trainer but I'll give it a try for a couple of days and see what happens.

Yeah that's funny but it's not like you re-invented the diet or anything...it's Atkins induction right? Nothing new there.
